  • Resident will systematically interpret ECGs and recognize common emergent ECG findings

Objectives

  • Resident will be able to list steps in the systematic interpretation of ECGs
  • Resident will be able to describe and recognize the characteristics of common ECG diagnoses:
    • ST-Elevation MI
      • Anterior MI
      • Inferior MI
      • Posterior MI
    • LVH
    • LBBB
      • Sgarbossa criteria
    • RBBB
    • Atrial fibrillation
    • Atrial flutter
    • SVT
    • Ventricular tachycardia
    • Ventricular fibrillation
